How do I play?

Rapid Racer has 4 modes of play: Practice, Single Race, Mini Grand Prix and Infrared. In all these modes, your car is controlled the same. The Palm UP and DOWN keys will speed up and slow you down accordingly. (*Hint*: Don't speed up and slow down at each corner.) Set your speed to a reasonable pace and only speed up and slow down when overtaking. Go too fast and you will have to skid round all the corners.

The preferred LEFT and RIGHT keys are set on the options page and these will turn you car clockwise or counter-clockwise.
If you are stopped, you can push the key defined as BACKWARDS to reverse your car.
